Refund policy

In an effort to keep LOVE SPELL babes looking fabulous and stock and ever-changing range of brands and products to keep things interesting by purchasing at Love Spell you are accepting the following terms and conditions.

All return policies issued by LOVE SPELL abide by and are in line with the Australia Consumer Law (ACL).

RETURN POLICY

Our ethos is a never ending offering of the latest and most fabulous product to keep our LOVE SPELL babes looking gorg! So, if your item hasn’t cast a spell on you, we understand! That is why we offer an exchange (if we have the item in stock) or credit note for any item that you wish to return.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on jewellery, home fragrance, body care products, shoes, accessories and fragrance.
• If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or credit note. 
• All item(s) to be returned must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags  and incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) must be attached and the item must also be in its original packaging with original tags attached. 
• Please take care when trying on the item as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains. If the item is deemed unsellable, it will simply be returned to the customer.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Products purchased on sale are final, they cannot be refunded or swapped for in store credit.
• All returns are posted at your expense to 56 Piper Street, Kyneton VIC 3444, Australia. Postage costs are non-refundable as it's at the customers discretion.

 

EXCHANGES

• We will exchange your item(s) if they are defective, damaged, the incorrect size or if you have changed your mind and if we still have the stock available.
• If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, send us an email at heather@lovespell.com.au immediately.
• Please be advised that all online exchanges are posted at clients expense to 56 Piper Street, Kyneton VIC 3444, Australia. Postage costs are non-refundable.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
